Dale Goods, CFP®, MBA
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢ Professional
I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and proudly served in the United States Air Force for 24 years. My military career instilled the values of integrity, discipline, leadership, and service—principles that continue to guide my work as a financial advisor today.
While serving in the Air Force, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 2020, I earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) certification, demonstrating my commitment to providing comprehensive financial planning and upholding the highest ethical standards in serving my clients.
My passion for personal finance began in 2002 when my wife and I discovered the life-changing benefits of becoming debt-free, saving consistently, investing wisely, and planning for retirement. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping individuals and families build, preserve, and transfer wealth through personalized financial planning and disciplined investing.
I believe lasting financial success begins with a solid foundation. Every investment plan should reflect a client's unique goals and include strategies for managing debt, protecting assets, saving consistently, investing prudently, and preparing for retirement. I enjoy building long-term relationships with my clients and helping them navigate investment management, wealth accumulation, college savings, insurance strategies, and retirement income planning.
I hold life and health insurance licenses and am licensed in securities and variable annuities. As an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Representative with GWN Securities, Inc., I work with a variety of respected investment managers and financial institutions to help clients pursue their long-term financial goals.
Goods Financial Services is truly a family business. My wife, Rosene Goods, a retired United States Air Force veteran, serves as our Business Support Manager, helping ensure our clients receive exceptional service and support. Our son, Robert Goods, also a United States Air Force veteran, is a Registered Representative with GWN Securities, Inc. and works alongside me helping clients pursue their investment and financial goals. Together, we are committed to providing personalized guidance and building lasting relationships with the families we serve.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, volunteering in the community, and spending time with family and friends.
Helping clients gain financial confidence, build lasting wealth, and work toward financial independence is more than my profession—it is my passion.
