Born in the Philippines, I proudly served in the United States Air Force for more than 20 years. My military career instilled in me a disciplined approach to leadership, accountability, integrity, and service—principles that continue to guide my work today.
While serving in the Air Force, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Criminal Justice Administration and later completed a Master of Science in Health Administration. These academic achievements, combined with decades of practical leadership experience, strengthened my commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and service to others.
After retiring from the military, I continued my passion for serving others by working with the Texas Veterans Commission, helping veterans and their families navigate the VA benefits process, and later supporting healthcare quality initiatives with Baptist Health System. Today, I serve as Business Support Manager for Goods Financial Services.
As Business Support Manager, I play a central role in keeping our office organized and efficient while helping ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for every client we serve.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
